Well, let's see. It's kind of difficult picking out one incident out of
the bloody history of the religion, you know. It's somewhat like asking what
caused the allied forces such animosity towards Nazi Fascism: there's
too broad a spectrum of evil to point at any one thing or select from
the available pool of evil something which might be considered the worse.
All in all, I would say that the most mitigating aspect of extremist
Christianity has been and continues to be its committment to abject evil.
While I'm sure you are well aware of what that evil encompasses, I
would be more than happy to enumerate for you the three biggest evils
extremist religions have historically stood for. Just let me know.
