*******HLS: INVESTOR OF THE WEEK*******
*KIRBY LEE KRAMER*
180,000 reasons to care...
Each year at HLS, 180,000 animals are forced to ingest, inhale and endure all
manner of toxic chemicals. Animals are restrained and forced to consume toxic
doses of pharmaceuticals, pesticides or industrial chemicals such as weed
killers and disinfectants. Some animals are placed in inhalation chambers
where they are choked by noxious fumes; others have caustic chemicals applied to
their shaved, raw skin. At the end of these excruciatingly painful procedures, some of
which last up to a year, the surviving animals are killed and their bodies are
dissected for analysis. For the animals, HLS is a living hell.
Ater a very successful national week of action against Stephens; we need to
keep the momentum going!
April 26th:
April 27th:
It is more important, now than ever, that we target those that invest their
money into these animal abusers. There is the recent pull out of the
investor, Charles Schwab-which held over 5 million shares of HLS stock. British Biotech
ended their business with HLS. Winterflood securites and Kleinworth Dresdner
Wassersteinand, who were HLS's only remaining market maker, ended ties.
Merrill Lynch, TD Waterhouse, Merck, and Citibank all severed their link with
HLS. HLS stock price falls and falls, and they are off the New Stock
Exchange.
And just this past week: Hargreaves Lansdown in Bristol decided that
"with immediate effect we will no longer be providing a dealing service in
Huntingdon Life shares". Hargreaves Lansdown held 585,781 shares in
HLS.And the following day, DLJdirect sent out a letter to the clients informing them that
they would are no longer "able to offer an execution-only dealing service in
Huntingdon Life Sciences shares. Unfortunately we have been forced to make
this decision following the withdrawal of the last market-maker in this stock."
Every week there will be a week-long phone/e-mail blockade against one of HLS
investors. Some of these investors will be big companies and others will be
private investors. We will target a new investor each week. We need
EVERYONE to take a few minutes each day and let these investors know that by supporting
HLS, they are supporting animal abuse and torture.
Show them that WE ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE!
Let's hit them where it hurt-their pockets!

**Please take the time to put your feelings and outrage into your own words,
someone has to read these letters and emails. It would be much more effective
if they read a vaiety of letters, not just a form letter.
SAMPLE LETTER:
I am writing to express my strong disapproval of your continued financial
involvement with Huntingdon Life Sciences. Huntingdon Life Sciences(HLS) is a
notorious vivisection company based in the U.K. with a labortory in East
Millstone, NJ. They are solely responsible for the deaths 180,000 beagles,
monkeys, rabbits, mice, rats and other animals evry year in the name of "science" and profit. HLS has been
exposed numerous times through undercover investigations and video abusing
innocent animals. They have been revealed slicing up living, breathing
monkeys, throwing beagle puppies against walls and punching them in the face. I demand
that you to make the intelligent and compassionate decision to discontinue
your financial dealings with Huntingdon Life Sciences now and forever.
