Here's an amusing one. The Scientology crime syndicate hates having their
crimes exposed (obviously) and so they try very hard to intimidate those
who expose their crimes into stopping their embarrassing exposures. The
cult's many lawsuits against Time Magazine, the Washington Post, 20/20,
et al. prove the desperation that public exposure inflicts upon the crime
syndicate.
One thing the crime syndicate attempts to do is claim that anything that
covers the criminal acts the syndicate engages in and the frauds they
sell to the ignorant are some how "copywritten" by their cult.
When a reporter covers the medical frauds the crime syndicate engages in,
for instance, the cult tries to punish the reporter by claiming the
exposure of their criminal actions some how violated the cult's copyrights.
I'm sure every group of criminals would love to play such games.
The truth of the matter is that the crime syndicate failed to copyright
nearly everything they sell to their victims and, even more, anything the
crime syndicate wants to pretend belongs to them was, in fact, given as
"property" to one of their victims who they kidnapped and
tortured and who, many years later, won his lawsuit against the crime
syndicate, resulting in his obtaining any and all rights to the material.
See FACTNet for details as to the
copyright fraud. Also see FACT1.HTM for an
extract of the relevant disclosures.
The '"Church" of Scientology California' was sued out of
existance and the crime syndicate has tried in vain to concoct fake and
front companies to hide the unbelievable wealth the cult raked in. (The
judges who investigate the crime syndicate's criminal attempts to hide
the wealth whenever one of the cult's victims sues them often remark
in their final comments as to the abject evil of the cult.)
See Operation Clambake.
The Scientology crime syndicate has been forging papers and trying their
best to retroactively copyright public domain materials. They don't
own what they claim to own: They're in the Public Domain. Unfortunately,
most ISPs are unaware of the criminal actions of the crime syndicate and
as such, when crime bosses like the one mentioned in the following, claim
ownership of web pages, most ISPs will mistakenly remove the web page.
Newspapers, television, and radio stations, however, know the full story
and are never intimidated by such criminal frauds.
When the final court session is held and Larry Wollersheim actually takes
possession of the 15-million or so dollars the cult was punished for
due to its very common kidnapping and torture activity, the relevant court
docket number can and will be referenced to prove once and for all what the
rest of the world already knows: The crime syndicate engages in fraud,
lies, and deception in a vain effort to keep the money rolling in. Only
we know they're already dead.
One final word specifically for Helena Kobrin:
You don't seriously believe they're going to allow you to live once the
raids start, do you? You must know that your own cult bosses are going
to have Gene Ingram take you out to the desert and put you away, don't
you?
It's certain that if Ingram gets taken first and you escape, your bosses
are going to find someone else to shut you up from a distance. It's also
a good bet that they're also going to silence Ingram when it's decided
he's become a liability. David Miscavage is probably going to kill all
of you. You know all the dirt and you know what your crime syndicate is
capable of, having engaged in the same yourself. Indeed, that's why
they're going to have to silence you.
Your best bet, Helena, is to run right now to your local
FBI office and demand enrollment in the Witness Protection Program. Then
start talking. Do it now before someone beats you to it
and you get killed by David Miscaviage's hired goons to silence you
before you can turn Federal evidence. If you're smart, you've been quietly
putting away documents in a safe place. If you're smart, you had better
start doing so if you haven't.
And let's be real here for a moment: You can't claim you didn't know.
There are literally hundreds of documents covering E-Mail messages which
people have sent to you covering your bosses' crimes. Pretending
ignorance won't save you.
It's merely good advice, Helena. I suggest you take it.
I got an email from a legal representative of the Church of
Scientology today. I will enclose the original email and my reply at
the end of this post. These legal emails are becoming quite common and
I note that some of those emails and the replies sent to them are
webbed by various posters here. These emails allow the posters to
exercise their own wit and sharp thinking in giving a reply. The
effect of the reply is to let the sender know that they are no fools
either when it comes to legal matters and they were not intimidated by
the email and nor are they ever likely to be. They let the sender know
in a well worded response that they have crossed swords with an equal
if not more competant player in the legal arena.
It reminds me of sword fighting as seen on some adventure films
such as those featuring the Scarlet Pimpernel. An English dandy and a
fop to all appearances but a cunning and daring fighter and expert
swordsman his real identity. The Scarlet Pimpernel would come up
against the evil swordfighting Frenchman, with the Frenchman expecting
an easy victory only to find that he had bitten of more than he was
able to chew. There would be scenes where the swords would be locked
with the Frenchamn smiling, sensing victory, only for the two fighters
to push each other apart. Then the Frenchman would wonder why a button
had just fallen of his jacket. This would happen again and the
Frenchman would get increasingly worried and desperate as the Scarlet
Pimpernel would increasingly take control of the situation.
The legal profession employs this sabre rattling and bluster a
great deal but when it comes to the real fight then the clear thinking
and clever fighting skills show through and the best player will often
be the victor. In replying to the email I received I did indeed
consider myself to be a sort of aristocratic and oh so English Scarlet
Pimpernel of the legal arena. In replying I used my sharpness of
thought and keeness of wit to let the sender know that they have
indeed crossed swords with someone who was their equal or better and
that whatever they had previously thought would be an easy victory
would end up nothing of the sort. In short they are brought to realise
that they have thrown down a challenge to a talented player in the
legal arena and they could have a real fight on their hands.
It is with great pleasure, therefore, that I join that
illustrious group of posters on ars who have had the pleasure of
drafting a witty and considered response to an email hinting at or
even threatening legal action. I proudly present my reply to as well
as the original email I received.
