I was asked:
> Well, it seems there is more to sceintology than i expected.
Yeah, there's a lot of information, much of it seized in
1977 when Federal agents raided Scientology offices across
the country -- with particular focus on Los Angeles and
Clearwater, Florida. In the past five years there have
been raids in Russia, Belgium, Greece, Spain, France,
Germany, and Sweden with a second raid in France and Greece.
23,000 documents were seized in 1977 and we're still trying
to get copies of what was seized in Russia, Belgium, and
Greece two years ago.
Currently the "International President" Heber Jentzsch is
facing 56 years in prison in Madrid for, among other things,
inducement to committing suicide, espionage, medial fraud,
and money laundering.
Probably the best place to start is Lt. Emmons' summary which
was part of the series of investigations in the mid 1980's:
http://www.skeptictank.org/hs/cwfedmon.htm
The Emmons Report is actually a large number of boxes containing
over 146,000 sheets of paper (I tried to obtain the full report
and at .15 cents a copy, it would have cost me $22,000 to copy
the full report.) But the summary was obtained in part and that
was posted to the web.
There is a set of information on Heber Jentzsch which contains
the original commencement of criminal prosecution at:
http://www.holysmoke.org/heber/heber.htm
That shows Heber Jentzsch in handcuffs (the second time) and gives
some good background into Jentzsch.
For background into the 1977 indictments, check out the final
plea which resulted in the "stipulation of evidence" which put
11 of the ringleaders away, including Hubbard's wife Mary Sue
Hubbard which L. Ron Hubbard abandoned as his fall guy:

There are numerous documents which were seized in 1977 which
are now public domain and are posted to the Internet. Of special
interest are the "Guardian Office / Office of Special Affairs"
papers which contain orders to engage in criminal activities
-- such as "administering r4-25" to critics of the syndicate.
"R2-45" means "rundown two 45-caliber bullets to the head" which,
in Hubbard's cultspeak, would "exterorize" critics "in a hurry."
Some of my materials on Scientology's criminal activities can
be found at:
http://www.skeptictank.org/csindex.htm
A hammer attack on a journalist by a Scientologist might be of
some interest. It turns out that the cultist was wanted by the
police for selling dope and yet he attacked a German film crew
with a hammer and was caught on videotape -- two cameras:

A lot of the raids are covered in newspaper articles at:
http://www.skeptictank.org/raindex.htm
Finally, the Scientology organization attempted to shit down
the alt.religion.scientology newsgroup since their criminal
activities were being discussed, protests were being coordinated,
and media outlets were monitoring the forum. One newspaper
article covered these attacks against the newsgroup:
http://www.skeptictank.org/hs/sporgart.htm
And some of my efforts to combat that attack:

The Federal inquiry which resulted isn't talked about publically.
Any way, yeah, there's a lot to go through. I mean people can
get swampped going through what's known about the organization.
You'll note that in Lt. Emmons' report, he correctly and accurately
describes the organization as deliberately complex to avoid the
long arm of the law. That comes out very well in the extant
materials on the organization.
If you're interested, I can give you my phone number if you
have questions about anything Scientology related. }:-} I've
been reviewing this organization for five years now.
> Can you point me to some websites that talk about these crimes.
> All I know is from the official sceintology website.

[Note: The
Scientology®
organization has at best estimate approximately
45,000 to 50,000 followers world wide -- contrary to the 8 million figure
that the organization has been claiming for the past few years or so.
While that number continues to drop (thanks in part to the Internet) few
of the remaining followers are even aware of the unending series of police
raids, indictments, and prison terms their leaders and fellow cultists are
subjected to routinely. Few are allowed to know about their organization's
criminal history, or its current racketeering activities. Even fewer of
the cult's remaining followers are privy to their messiah's written
policies which dictates the criminal behavior that keeps getting their
organization raided (see Xenu.NET for
suitable references of Scientology policy) Scientology management
is the problem, not the thousands of honest believers who are good,
honest citizens; themselves victims of Scientology - flr]
