There is *so* much going on that I often forget to post some interesting tidbits.

Few days ago, a rented white pickup truck with a dark window camper shell on the back took a wrong turn and went to the end of the blocked off street on the side of my house toward the bay.

In a panic, they backed up a block, and in the process dinged my neighbor's new car. Not a major ding, and they might not even know they did it, but technically they are a hit and run.

Due to the high level of interest in the PIs who infest the neighborhood, someone got their license number, 6F30267. Who rented this pickup will come out sooner or later. You would be well advised to call Dana D., an investigator for the Palo Alto police at 650-329-2128, especially if it was one of the PIs who is trying to get cooperation from the local police.
