Exhibit R-7 in Civil Action # 92-CI-00444
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
AFFIDAVIT
I Julie E. Padgett, age 15, of Madisonville, Ky understand the
word affidavit to mean a written statement under oath. I love
my Mom and Dad equally and don't want any harm to come to either
one. I don't want any harm come to me for my Mom and Dad's very
big difference in scientology. I want to be protected from the
very negative and harmfull policies of scientology. I want my Dad
to be protected from these too.
They are: "HARM, SUPPRESS, ATTACK,"
"TRICK, SUE, LIE TO, AND DESTROY.....WITH NO DISCIPLINE TO THE
SCIENTOLOGIST," "ATTACK, DO NOT DEFEND SCIENTOLOGY,"
"MAKE IT ROUGH," "TR-L... TEACHES A SCIENTOLOGIST TO
LIE FACILE," "IT IS A HIGH CRIME TO PUBLICLY DEPART
SCIENTOLOGY," "ACT LIKE A REFORM GROUP," (not be or
do), and "THE LAW CAN BE USED TO HARASS, RUIN, AND CAUSE
DECEASE."
The last is "DISCONNECTION...FROM SP ENEMY." I have a total right
not to be influenced by these policies in any possible way.
Regardless of my Mom's freedom to believe in things regardless if my Dad
thinks scientology is a cult and MOM thinks scientology is a religion. I
want these things to stop in our family and our lives,.. Now before it is
too late and somebody gets harmed, destroyed, ruined, or disconnected.
I do not want to be lied to or tricked by Lawyers. If the Judge
is an aquaintence of my Granddaddy and Mimi as well as a former
employer of my Mom's sister Aunt Ellen, and fails to see the terrible
harm, danger, and evil in these policies of scientology than he
should not be judging this dispute. If the commissioner shared an office
building with my Granddaddy's insurance building than he should not
be judging this case either if he does not think these policies can be
and are dangerous either.
My Dad and I have religious or belief freedoms
too not just my Mom. He has the right to practice his religion and

"deliver us from evil" from the Holy Bible. I want to be delivered
from evil. These peticular policies are evil. I do not want to
be delivered from my Dad or my Mom or disconncected in any way
shape or form. I do not want any parent, lawyer, court, Doctor,
Psycologist, or Judge to pretend these are not destructive and cause
animosity and great harm.
No religion should have freedom to have
these policies protected under the law. I want the attack on my
fathers life and work to stop. He is not an "SP" or "PTS" He is
a loving, caring, and providing Dad and just wants to be with me and
wants the "animosly" between he and Mom be identified and go away.
There is not and should be "no fault" in that.
There is no reason
to be arrested for that or for being unemployed because of "anmosity"
caused or created by scientology or by lawyers. Other divorced
parents can get along and communicate, I want mine to also. It is
obvious the policies of scientology (these awful ones not the good
ones) be outlawed then there is a much better chance for them and
me. I am aware of this as though I maybe a minor I also realize
I am intelligent. I signed this affidavit not because any person
made me, but because I want an end to bad things and mean people
for all my family. My Dad should not be punished for not being
born and raised in Madisonville nor The law be used to harass or
ruin him. This is the truth. This I swear to God.'
