Soviet Communism demonstrated the fallacy of this thinking. They
allowed no religious teaching and no "Capitalist propaganda." However, it
becomes apparant just how fuzzy the word propaganda is. It's too easy to
just say "What I believe is fact. What others preach which does not agree
with my views is propaganda." If you want people who don't agree with you
to shut up, a democracy is not a good place for you.
