Unfortunately, LRH has already died a madman instead of continuing to live 
a madman.  I presume you get the idea that because LRH continues to write 
books that he is quite alive?  
 
Actually, there are a number of reasons for books continuing to appear:
 
 [1] Scientology has found the human being that LRH has reincarnated into,
     and this person has been writing the books.  Reincarnation has been
     accepted already by Scientology, and auditors regularly access pre-
     existence memories and engrams.
 
 [2] LRH's unfinished works really do number in the thousands, and
     Scientology is just finishing up all his earthly work in order for the
     next incarnation to be free of previous engrams.
 
 [3] LRH has gone to live with Elvis and Jim Morrison; Scientology has since
     discovered the location of this place and LRH continues to crank out 
     the novels from there, getting occasional literary critique from
     Salmon Rushdie and John Lennon.
 
 [4] Scientology has hired a staff of writers to write books in his exact 
     same style to promote either 1, 2, or 3.
 
Any way you look at it, Scientology is still making big bucks off of his 
books, and making sure that they make even more money off them by buying 
their own books to get the books onto bestseller lists.
