Those are some mighty strong allegations. Also highly emotional. Where do you get those numbers from? I hvae known several "Scientologists" and can flatly state that none of them had put anything close to $58,000 into the Scientology coffers. I do agree that the "chruch" only exists to seperate people from their money, but there are many con games in town, and Scientology is one of the more benign ones. Also, for the record, I am not a "Scientologist", nor have I ever been one. My personal feeling is that Dianetics is a good method of alleviating ones-self from the negative influences (sp?) of their past. Scientology was built up (around Dianetics) into the money hungry institution it is today.
