Since some of the materials which describe the $cientology cult could be
considered to be copywritten materials, I have censored myself and The
Skeptic Tank by deleting any and all possible text files which describes
the cult's hidden mythologies. I have elected to quote just a bit of the
questionable text according to the "Fair Use" legal findings afforded to
those who report. - Fredric L. Rice, The Skeptic Tank, 09/Sep/95

ARS Ethics Order
To: Those concerned Date: 1 July 1995
From: T/RN EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
FOR OFFICE OF DCS
Subject: Killfile Plonk
I. RONARTISTR (ronartistr@aol.com) is declared a Killfile Plonk for
the following reasons:
A. He failed to confront questions about his status of "Mission
Holder" in the Co$ and denied being an FSM. By his own testimony, "I am
not a Field Staff Member (FSM)" and "I hope to be a Mission Holder".
B. He failed to include the the text of messages in which he
was replying to on ARS. This act was an intent to lower the tone of
the communications and avoid confronting the questions and comments
of others. By his own testimony, "Most ars people use to many
vulgarities, negative, mean and just disgusting wordings that they
aren't worth reposting."
C. He insisted that there were only 28 posters to the newsgroup
alt.religion.scientology (ARS), when in fact there were over 900 posters
in the last month. This act is knowingly giving false testimony to
imperil ARS, a plonkable act. By his own testimony "there are only
about 28 regular people who post on little ars".
D. He continually attacked other ARS posters following
L. Ron Hubbard's 1967 statement "If attacked on some vulnerable
point by anyone or anything or any organization, always find or
manufacture enough threat against them to cause to sue for peace...
Don't ever defend. Always attack."
E. He continually stated that "Scientology is expanding",
a phrase often used by fellow KP Woody (noodle@netcom.com). Without
proof, the above statement notes an anti-social attribute in which
one speaks in broad generalities. By his own testimony, "That's why
Scientology continues to expand all over the world, and ars's
negative few continue here with little productivity."
F. He has continually lowered the content level of his
postings over time, while the number of his posts to ARS has
risen. This act (vertical spam), if continued, will cause
RonArtistR to be included in the "Clammer Kill Count" and thus
be labeled a "clam-bot".
II. That, before the label "Killfile Plonk" is removed, RonArtistR must
discontinue his attempts of misdirection of communications in ARS.
