Since some of the materials which describe the $cientology cult could be
considered to be copywritten materials, I have censored myself and The
Skeptic Tank by deleting any and all possible text files which describes

Berlin court bars Church of Scientology school

A Berlin court ruled Thursday that the Church of Scientology
cannot open a school in the southern German state of Bavaria.

The controversial Church of Scientology was founded by American
L. Ron Hubbard, who died in 1986.

Scientologists had based their request to open the school on
their opposition to a Christian vision of the world allegedly
taught at Bavarian state schools.

The Administrative High Court here said, however, that it was not
enough to reject a certain vision of the world to have the right
to open a private school if no other vision was proposed.

In another ruling Thursday the court gave the green light for the
opening of a Christian fundamentalist school in the city of
Hamburg.
