Since some of the materials which describe the $cientology cult could be
considered to be copywritten materials, I have censored myself and The
Skeptic Tank by deleting any and all possible text files which describes
the cult's hidden mythologies. I have elected to quote just a bit of the
questionable text according to the "Fair Use" legal findings afforded to
those who report. - Fredric L. Rice, The Skeptic Tank, 09/Sep/95

In this issue: Colorado, Georgia, Wisconsin, Utah
Records are condensed.
This isn't a complete search.
This information may be out of date. Check with the state if it matters.
Doomed: Died at some point, but I can't tell when from the record. If such
an organization was started in, say, 1982, I put both a created and doomed
entry for year 1982.
Mergered: Two incorporations become one for a net loss of one org.
Died: Any group not in good standing at this time. Suspended groups can
be reinstated. However, this doesn't create a string of "creations"
and "deaths". It just adds a long list to the end of a particular record.
