Since some of the materials which describe the $cientology cult could be
considered to be copywritten materials, I have censored myself and The
Skeptic Tank by deleting any and all possible text files which describes
the cult's hidden mythologies.  I have elected to quote just a bit of the
questionable text according to the "Fair Use" legal findings afforded to

AND, let me quote from _Introduction to Scientology Ethics_
a small number of the "suppressive acts" listed in 
that book that show policy toward investigation:

        "Proposing, advising or voting for legislation or
        ordinaces, rule or laws directed toward the
        suppression of Scientology."
    
        "Testifying hostilely before state or public inquires
        into Scientology to suppress it."

       "Writing anti-Scientology letters to the press or
       giving anti-Scientology or anti-Scientologist 
       evidence to the press."

       "Infiltrating a Scientology group or organization or
       staff to stir up discontent or protest at the
       instigation of hostile forces."


       Fascist?           Well, extremely controlling.
       Paranoid?        Group good; non-group baaaad. 
       Self-serving?   Our goals good; other goals baaad.
       Greedy?           Money to us good; money to others baaaaaaaaad.

She said questions about sexual history were
given to those who expressed an interest in
joining the church's staff. 'We don't want any
perverts. We are very ethical.'

        Ethics self-defined, of course!

Reconcile this:
In the _Technical Dictionary_ we find definition 2.
"ethics actually consist . . . of rationality toward
the highest level of survival for the individual,
the future race, the group, and mankind . . . .
Ethics are reason." 

          Must be there is some other definition
          of reason!
