Since some of the materials which describe the $cientology cult could be
considered to be copywritten materials, I have censored myself and The
Skeptic Tank by deleting any and all possible text files which describes
the cult's hidden mythologies. I have elected to quote just a bit of the
questionable text according to the "Fair Use" legal findings afforded to
those who report. - Fredric L. Rice, The Skeptic Tank, 09/Sep/95

Solo auditing sessions are also videotaped.

Several years ago, I was listening to a taped session of
LRH auditing Mary Sue and wondering how she tolerated
his lousy auditing. He was asking leading questions (the
way he did in that session with Dorothy Brodded - remember?)
and evaluating too. Several other students on the Briefing
Course remarked to one another now and again on LRH's poor
auditing technique but kinda brushed it off - after all this
was RON.

I can vouch for this, too. It seemed perfectly all right at
the time.
I recommend that anyone who feels an itch to justify the
various controlling behaviours of the CoS browse the
various web pages or look up "cults" in at the library
and become familiar with the "mind-control" techniques
cults use.
