probably not an oral surgeon.  l. ron was pathologically 
terrified of doctors and psychologists, a condition called
'iatrophobia' if i'm correct, which i mention since i've
had problems with those 'iatro-' words in the past and
still wince whenever i see one.  he was reduced to pathetic
gibbering horror at the mere thought of doctors, and due to this, 
late photographs show that he had a mouth full of lousy, yellow,
rotten teeth, so bad that he was reduced to mumbling and they 
had to invent a special noise reduction system just to make
his garbled and drunkenly slurred speech intelligible.

once, when he broke his arm, he refused medical treatment and instead 
'cured' himself through auditing.  really, he just gobbled loads of 
painkillers and became a total asshole, screaming insane gibberish and 
overboarding people for no reason at all, sending children to 
chain lockers and altogether behaving like a demented goon.

i hope so.  he sure got wiggy and disgusting near the end, so
much so that i doubt the cult could survive video of the blubbard

bonkers, loons in the attic, a disgrace, dianetics proven
