This is my recollection of his testimony. I may well have mis-remembered something so don=92t hold me strictly accountable for this: INET was hired by CoS to conduct the investigation of the computers and magnetic media seized in the Penny and Wollersheim raids. They were involved from the very entrance to the houses to the transportation to the law offices and the work in the law offices of searching the material. According to Mr.Tenudi, scientologists never had sole possession of the material. Tenudi said that his original task was to search for a series of keywords. I don=92t know how many. That keyword list was expanded after the search began (second day?). They used a Norton Utilities sector search at first but that was too slow. They switched software to a shareware prog that could search for five keys at a time.(No, I don=92t remember the name). If they found a hit, they would call a scientologist from another part of the room to examine the hit plus the previous and next five lines. The scientologist would tell them if that was a copyrighted material and they would copy the file and give it to the scientologist if it was. The scientologists worked in another part of the room, examining the files given to them by INET. They had a list of five lawyer=92s names that they processed separately. If they found one of those they did not turn it over to a scientologist, but apparently made a file for the law firm used by CoS. This was apparently to keep attorney-client privilege. Some of their hits were in deleted files. As of Friday, he said they were still searching. _____________ Dick Cleek
