I said "Yes, to a limited extent". She asked me what kinds of exchanges occurred and I stated that there seemed to be three types of scientologists active on ars. I said that Rick Sherwood posted meaningless phrases, sometimes in large numbers, apparently to flood the group and make it hard to read and participate. I said that there appeared to be a rotating slot, occupied in turn by Vera Wallace, Chris Miller and David Talbot and others. I said that the task assigned that slot was to conduct personal attacks against anyone criticizing the CoS. I said that the third major scientologist poster to ars was Andrew Milne, who released what appeared to be official press releases to ars. His press release on Wollersheim raid was entered into evidence. I said that I had seen a document which purported to describe Mr.Milne's job description as including "dead agenting". I then went on to describe the church's terminology of "dead agenting". I said that Ms.Kobrin had only posted once on ars to my recollection and that that posting was a threat to all readers to cease posting copyright and trade secret materials and to give any such materials in our possession to her. __________________ Dick Cleek
