We realize there has been a lot of water over the dam since our 
last post. We have spent the last day and a half completely overhauling 
the FACTNet 1 Web Page.

We have added many new resources to our home Web site, particularly
for newcomers to FACTNet and the "Scientology vs. the Net" controversy. 

The site now includes over 1 meg of material, much of it exclusive -- and 
is again growing in an organized fashion.

New entries: FACTNet Director Kim Baker's excellent overviews of the issues, a
chronological listing of our previous bulletins, the complete text of 
defense motions on behalf of Directors Wollersheim and Penny, the entire 
text of the 1988 ruling against Scientology on behalf of Lawrence Wollersheim, 
and more. 

We have also redesigned our interface, making it easier to find our 
growing resources.

We hope to have comments on the xs4all harassment and other significant 
developments tomorrow. 

Meanwhile enjoy the new Web site -- and let us know what you think, good, 
bad, or ugly.
