Word was recieved from FACTNET tonight that the RTC lawyers returned
FACTNET's computers to FACTNET's lawyer's office today, apparently in
compliance with the court order.
Bob Penny booted up one of the computers and discovered that the hard
drive was NOT the one originally installed! Bob is an experienced
programmer and had put special specs into the hard drive that were
unmistakable.
So, it appears that the original hard drive was replaced and the files
were loaded on to the replacement hard drive, minus the "offending material".
Apparently they still have the old hard drives with the encrypted files
that they were unable to break.
Lawrence Wollersheim is consulting with the FACTNET attornies and updates
will be posted as they become available.
Joe
