Justice Breyer turns down request by Scientologists

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer refused without comment
yesterday to allow the Church of Scientology to seize church
materials published without permission on a computer network.

The "confidential" church materials were published on the Internet
global computer network in August by former Scientology members.
