are as criminal as the GO, then that is certainly true.  As with

That included L. Ron Hubbard and Kendrick Moxon, unindicted
co-conspirators. Something had to be done before the DOJ and IRS
came after Hubbard. The solution?  Disband the GO, say we don't
do that anymore, and establish the OSA to continue the GO B1
activities. New window dressing only.  Same merchandise.

Miscavige was the first to boast that he got rid ot it, while he
personally set up OSA while continuing the illegal and unethical
