Cue the dirty tricks. The Co$ are shit scared of Fishman, folks. They dumped
in their trousers when they learned he was going to testify at the trial in
the Netherlands (and they dropped the suit like a red hot brick a couple of
days before the trial started) and they have been using every trick in the
book to keep him silent and/or stop people listening to him.

You think he can hurt the current Co$ management? Too right he can!

So they stoop to this. They post fictitious messages to ars purporting to be
from Steve Fishman himself.

DON'T BE FOOLED! Fishman does NOT post via anonymous remailers. He posts
from only three possible acounts:

xenu@ix.netcom.com


The anonymous posts that purport to come from Fishman are nothing more than
fakes designed to impugn the man's reputation. Make your judgements about
the tactics of the Co$ and the threat to them posed by Fishman accordingly.
