That's _nothing_ compared to what the crime syndicate was ordering its followers to do last December. Last December the cult had ordered several of its followers out on the ledge from what looked like the tenth flood of the Ft. Homicide Hotel. They started out without even a rope or tether yet eventually one of the cult leaders decided that maybe they should have _something_.

The clown that I photographed handing out of the window from the 12'th floor had an inch-wide strap keeping him from plumeting to his death. The cult follower hadto "straggle" up the wall desperately to try to get back into the Ft. Homicide Hotel.

Amazing. And the police office looking up at this (with his mouth open in amazement) just muttered, "oh my god." The walk-in picketer standing next to me yelled up, "What are you? CRAZY?!"

Fucking idiot cultists.
