Subject: Helnwein: Diaries 1991 - 1994 -

From my knowledge I can confirm the correctness of the content of the helnwein diaries 1991 to 1994. more than 60 persons knowing Helnwein personally have been questioned several times in the years 1996 and 1997 by the tax police special quad during the criminal tax case Helnwein was the main figure. I was asked for DAYS ! The German tax police went through all Helnwein papers and diaries because they contained a lot of possible not only but mainly scientology relations in an economic sense. They asked every possible question, asked for every name, dates, meetings, anything! After that the police made a lot of further searches in 1997 with other scientologists and scientology organisations in Germany. After all Helnwein found guilty in 1998 by the German criminal court in Koblenz and was sentenced for tax evasion...and fled the country and is now living in his new possible celebrity center in Ireland, a castle with more than 40 rooms. alex
