>OH BY THE WAY I NEVER HEARD OF THE EPIC OF GILGAMESH.

It is an ancient epic tale that predates the very culture that later produced the Jewish religious writings that form the basis of your particular religion.

The story of "Noah's flood" was originally found in this epic, only with different names -- the ark belonged to Utnapishtim first -- and multiple gods. The details are very close in some places or even exactly the same (for example, the order in which different birds were released to see if there was any dry land; building an altar for sacrifices that the gods smelled; and many more). The flood story in the bible was a rip off of this one.

The main part of the epic centers around Gilgamesh, a king of Urruk. His encounter with Enkidu is especially interesting.

I just happen to like ancient literature, the kind that is only barely removed from the oral storytelling that served our ancestors before the invention of writing, before the start of recorded history.

>ARE YOU A TEACHER ROBERT?

I am a tutor who has helped students ranging from grammar school to college levels.

>DO YOU TEACH ALGEBRA OR TRIG?

Elementary algebra, linear algebra, trigonometry, geometry, probability, abstract algebra, differential equations, elementary calculus, vector calculus, number theory and set theory.

My interests extend beyond that listing to a considerable extent, but these are all that I've ever tutored in.
