Probably they believe that Factnet will now pay 1 million bucks each time someone like me is developing exposing some interesting bit of "secret" crap?? Or that 'im supposed to obey americain sentences?

On m'a fait suivre un courrier adressé à une adresse qui n'est pas la mienne, émanant de vos services.

Ce courrier, qui contient la copie d'un accord privé ayant abouti à jugement signé par le directeur de Factnet et par deux de ses principaux patrons, Larry Wollersheim et Bob Penny, semble destiné à me laisser supposer que, étant donné que je connais bien Factnet - dont je ne suis pas membre ni directeur, bien que je collabore à leur fournir des traductions - qwue je devrais donc me conformer aux desiderata de ce jugement.

Il n'en est rien: je n'ai pris aucune part à votre parodie de justice américaine, je suis citoyen français, et, ainsi que je vous en ai déjà informés, je n'ai en aucun cas l'intention d'obéir à une quelconque injonction directe ou indirecte de votre part. Je ne respecte que très peu la façon dont on rend parfois la justice dans votre pays, et me contrefiche de vos opinions prétendûment religieuses qui ne sont pas du tout considérées comme telles en France, mais comme une escroquerie, ou au maximùum, comme une juteuse affaire commerciale - à ce propos, vous devez quelques 90 millions au fisc et aux organismes français, je vous le rappelle (jugement définitif).

Comme je vous en ai prévenus dès que vous avez tenté de me faire effacer des fichiers contenant la preuve secrète de vos escroqueries (les niveaux OT et NOTs) que votre fondateur écrivain de science-fiction a réussi à faire avaler à quelques 20000 personnes dans le monde, toute tentative de votre part est suivie de l'effet inverse, c'est à dire que j'entends bien ajouter quelques pages supplémentaires de citations desdits "secrets" "pour usage bénévole, gratuit, éducatif" dans mes sites Internet.

Il n'existe fort heureusement aucune loi internationale qui me contraigne à obéir à l'un quelqconque de vos dictats, ni à un jugement américain dont je ne suis en rien partie et que je n'ai d'ailleurs pas signé - n'en ayant d'ailleurs aucun pouvoir.

Je vous rappelle que votre fondateur a été condamné depuis 20 ans en France pour escroquerie et extorsion, à 4 ans de prison et amende de 30000 FF. Il ne s'est pas présenté, le couard, mais a tenté de se faire défendre par les autres scientologues inculpés. Il s'est enfui et caché peu après, jusqu'à sa mort.

I got to-day a snail mail sent to an adress which is not mine.

This mail contains the copy of a judgement following the settlement you signed with Factnet and its directors, Bob Minton, Larry Wollersheim and Bob Penny, with whom you were since years in legal struggles.

I'm in no way part of the Factnet group, though I'm participating to their valuable job to make the crimes and frauds of your criminal cult well known, by translating many texts - some of them being the secret rantings of your late sci-fi writer founder Hubbard, into which I've been lured to pay some decades ago.

The legal sentence comes from an american judge, and I'm in no way part of it.

Besides, whatever you do, the Supreme Court in Sweden has declared them public, for a large part of them, and you could'nt do anything against this. France has recognized your own founder Hubbard as a frauder and an extortionist, and sentenced him to 4 year jail plus amends (he tried to defend himself through some of the other scientologists implied, but did not care to come to defend himself and went into hiding a bit later, the coward).

I don't evidently intend to obey anything for which I've not have signed myself, and being a french citizen, I'm in no way engaged into your (scieno) infamous tractations with an enemy (Wollersheim) that you have stolen for years and years, according the numerous sentences pronounced against you, which you have'nt yet paid as far as I know.

From the very first time where you intimated me to erase some files containing small portions of those inner secret fraud texts, I've informed you that I had any legal rights to do so, for education non-profit purposes, and that every futile attempt to get those files erased would immediately be followed by more secrets exposed. I'm intending to do as I've already done when you tried to intimidate me with such maoeuvres in the past: I'll put more fraud secret texts on my sites.

You have never been even able to prove to me or to my ISP, that those exact texts for which you protest againt my fair use, were really deposed into the US copyrights offices. Only the title have been shown, and that's certainly not enough to check the contents. Further, many of them, despite that settlement, have been "deposed" in very dubious conditions, as shown by some of scientology ex-high defectors' affidavits.

Therefore, in case you'd believe that I could be impressed by an american justice private settlement between you and whoever else but myself, you can calm down: i'm not about to follow anything like those.
