EDITH KOWARIK aka EDITH ZOHMAN

Edith Kowarik, aka Zohman, from Austria, is hereby declared a Suppressive Person.

Edith has willingly remained connected for several years to a Suppressive Person. Help was offered to her to handle the matter standardly, by confronting her with the fact that this is a SUPPRESSIVE ACT, yet she has refused to disconnect, in violation of HCO PL 23 Dec. 1965RB, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS, SUPPRESSION OF SCIETOLOGY [sic] AND SCIETOLOGISTS: [sic]

Additionally she was found to be disseminating her squirrel ideas to a Scientologist in good standing, in an effort to pull him off the bridge and block him from achieving spiritual freedom.

Edith has herself been engaged in squirrel "auditing".

She has committed the following suppressive acts:

1. VIOLATION OR NEGLECT OF ANY OF THE TEN POINTS OF KEEPING SCIENTOLOGY WORKING.

2. ENGAGING IN MALICIOUS ROMORMOMGERING [sic] TO DESTROY THE AUTHORITY OR REPUTE OF HIGHER OFFICERS OR THE LEADING OR THE NAMES OF SCIENTOLOGY OR TO "SAFEGUARD" A POSITION. [They can't even read their own policies! - The HCO PL says: "ENGAGING IN MALICIOUS RUMOURMONGERING TO DESTROY THE AUTHORITY OR REPUTE OF HIGHER OFFICERS OR THE LEADING NAMES OF SCIENTOLOGY OR TO 'SAFEGUARD' A POSITION." ]

3. CONTINUED ADHERENCE TO A PERSON OR GROUP PRONOUNCED A SUPPREESIVE [sic] PERSON OR GROUP BY HCO.

Any certificates or awards given to Edith are hereby cancelled and she has no right to use the marks of Dianetics and Scientology in any way.

Should Edith come to her senses and recant, she is to do the A - E steps as coverd [sic] in HCO PL 23 December 1965RB, SUPPRESSIVE ACTS, SUPPRESSION OF SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS.

Her only Scientology terminal is the International Justice Chief via the Continental Justice Chief.
