Apparantly last night in Clearwater, Narconon proposed to council the starting up of a drug education program in schools in Clearwater. Apparantly, the group denied formal ties to the Church and said it was just based on the technology of L. Ron Hubbo. At the end of their presentation they thanked L. Ron Hubbo. Their proposal was very quickly rejected. God i love Clearwater... er... ReactiveMindWater.
