Wow! I had not even tried that one - because most ISP disable it. I did even more:

telnet mail.relaypoint.net 25
Trying 206.170.248.99...
Connected to mail.relaypoint.net.
Escape character is '^]'.
220-mail2.relaypoint.net Sendmail 8.6.11/8.6.12 ready at Sun, 18 Apr

So what have we learned:

1. Douglas DeStafeno handles the admin work himself
2. SPC is a person listed as "Fernando Martinez".

On one hand, I doubt that it is his real name; on the other hand, Relay Point seems to be a "dumb ISP" so maybe they are not smart enough to put a false name there. I have searched for "Fernando Martinez" and could not find him in any of my files. Maybe it is a PI. However, considering the Hubbard racism, it susprises me that scientology would hire an hispanic.
