Hi fellow Scientologists,

Does anybody know why the Code of a Scientologist is missing from our ethics book?

Doesn't it make sense that any book we have that talks deeply about the way we should behave should no doubt INCLUDE the way we should behave as Scientologists as per the behavior explained in our Code of a Scientologist?

Isn't the Code of a Scientologist a PLEDGE to our behavior as Scientologists?

Also, has anybody noticed that our Code of Honor is missing? Did you know that Ron use to call it "Code of Behavior?"

The code of honor is even a more personal thing instead of a pledge to the world. The code of honor is a pledge to SELF. It's a pledge to SELF on how you will handle your honor. Doesn't this effect ethics? Isn't it appropriate content for our ethics book? Isn't it even VITAL content?

Then WHY aren't these in our ethics book? Aren't they just as important as the other information in the book? Maybe even MORE SO?

Isn't the way we should behave as a group important in our book? ... that which is defined in our CHURCH CREED.

But our Church Creed is missing TOO! I ask you WHY? What's the REAL WHY?

Also there is no chapter on Personal Integrity, or definitions for it in the glossary.

Are SENIORITY of IMPORTANCES getting squirreled right now? Are there shifts happening to make fall away from our minds the data which are ESSENTIAL to the survival of authentic Scientology? Can you confront the possibility of this evil?

What is your order of importance's regarding church crimes, pts/sp tech, conditions handling, ethics reports, personal integrity, and code of honor, code of a Scientologist, church creed. I'll take my own stab at it. In order of importance, they are ...

1) Personal Integrity 2) Code of Honor 3) Code of Scientologist 4) Church Creed 5) Condition Handlings 6) PTS/SP tech 7) Church Crimes 8) Ethics Reports

The first four MOST IMPORTANT subjects are totally missing from our ethics book. They SHOULD be there, don't you think? I'll do something outrageous for a moment and use the public agreed upon definition of ethics in our english dictionary.

ETHICS: The study of standards of conduct and moral judgment.

Does not the first four most important issues have to do with CONDUCT? Can we agree that ethics has MUCH to do with CONDUCT ... how we BEHAVE?

If we as a church now have the right to alter the original "by L. Ron Hubbard" copyrighted works and add a few hundred extra pages to a book with the "based on the works of" (BOTWO) versions copyrighted by dba "L. Ron Hubbard Library" (Church of Spiritual Technology, Inc.), then why didn't we add the MOST ESSENTIAL elements that are so vital to Scientology? Our codes and creeds?

Why have these been ignored? Do you really believe it's an accident? Could somebody just simply overlook something as important as these?

Perhaps all Scientologists should ponder this deeply. Perhaps our church leaders can bring these issues up ... that is if there is no counter-intention.

Because what happens when stuff like this is discovered and revealed is that there becomes a distrust in the materials. Changing original LRH materials without pointing out what the source of it is ... is a serious alter-is in itself. I haven't even addressed THAT major issue in this message. But what I'm trying to communicate is the apparent Orwellian shift of importance's. This is not ok and can eventually destroy authentic Scientology.

If we as Scientologists don't watch out for this and miss spotting the REAL SP's who want do destroy authentic Scientology ... which is much more easily done from WITHIN our church, then we will lose Scientology in just a couple more generations. E-Meter checks don't register on people who have no conscience. So don't be fooled by the idea that we're protected because the E-Meter protects us. We can't depend on the E-meter to keep Scientology ... AUTHENTIC Scientology.

We can't even leave it up to a group that's set up to insure the purity of Scientology because it only makes sense that SP's will go after that org.

So the best thing we can do is to STAY AWARE and CONSTANTLY WATCHFUL of what's going on. That's all I'm trying to do.

I urge you to do the same. Look at what I've said here and see if it's not true.

Yours for IMPORTANCES, and NO OMITTED DATA, Safe

P.S. Incidentally, the vital Scientological terms PTS, potential trouble source, SP, and suppressive person are OMITTED from the Glossary of Terms in the back. Another accident?
