Subject: A few comments
You make some very lucid points, Jim. The CofS is hypocrit to their own
alleged beliefs.

True. Ask any church Scientologist (especially a CCHR supporter) what they
REALLY know about psychiatry and psychology. The only reason they debunk
their tech is because of LRH's opinion was given to them to believe. THey
certainly don't know the subject based on their study of it.
If CofS was serious about keeping even Scientologists accurately informed,
they would have a course of comparitive study so one really has a basic
understanding of their theories at least. But CofS doesn't offer this. It
truly is the blind leading the blind.
CCHR are quick to black PR the whole counseling profession and holler loudly
with huge protests and yet when CofS gets the same scrutiny regarding the
way the Church of Scientology lies and abuses, they attack whoever is
protesting. Even after the big psych convention that CofS's CCHR attended,
did the psychs revolt back with a campaign to protest the 1000
Scientologists who protested?
Scrutiny in the mental health field applies to the Church of Scientology TOO
... as they are allegedly the biggest mental health group on earth according
to Hubbard himself.

If CCHR (Citizens Commission on Human Rights) were an honest group apart
from the Church of Scientology and not a CofS controlled front group, they
would protest the mental health abuse by CofS (ie: the Lisa McPherson death)

Though CCHR has brought to light some abuses in the mental health field,
they shoot the wrong target. Instead of blaming and bringing to justice the
instances of the abuses, they codemn the ENTIRE mental health field if it
isn't CofS Scientology and under the dictatoral control of CofS.
Their solution is to wipe out any other form of mental therapy. They don't
believe it can be valid.
It's time CCHR and CofS need to clean up their own backyard before they
complain about others.
CofS's CCHR should be admonished for NOT offering any alternative solutions
for the mental hospital patients. They protest the psyches but don't offer
up a solution to the problem.
