Scientology Crime Syndicate

I don't know who wrote this yet I've removed some of the text that was inappropriate - flr

This is the type of document which the Scientology crime syndicate makes all members/victims sign at some point. It is given to the victim inside who's still being suckered and they're forced to sign it before they'll allowed to continue to receive "auditing" and other frauds.

The document is left un-dated. It's used as blackmail against people when they wise-up and flee the cult. In the past, this fascist behavior has worked since the cult maintains a large number of violent thugs and criminal lawyers -- that is lawyers who commit crimes.

Now that the full truth about what the crime syndicate does is making it to the world's news services and people everywhere are learning about what the cult is, such documents are finally coming to light, being fully described as the extortion and blackmail that they're intended to be.

Jesse Prince was the number 2 man inside of Scientology before he twigged to the undeniable realities of his criminal involvements inside of the cult. A cult criminal lawyer accidentally admitted under oath that Jesse Prince was once the second in command!

True to form, the crime syndicate attempted to use this document against Jesse Prince during the cult's latest series of lawsuits, just before the crime syndicate was indicted on felony charges due to their murder of Lisa McPearson at the cult's homicide compouns in Clearwater, Florida.

This document was obtained legally, by the way.... [censored - flr]

What's important here is that the crime syndicate knows that their victims are only in the cult long enough to get raped of all their money after which, when it becomes clear they've been taken, only lawsuits can recover their money. To try to squelch this problem, the cult quickly latched on to this extortion/blackmain scheme to try to silence its victims before they sue. While it has worked in the past, it can't work now.

Remember: Everything in this document was obtained through extortion. Much of it is a lie which Jesse now recognized. The cult, he knew full well at the time, is neither a church nor a religion.

Finally: Only a criminal cult has its victims sign something like this way in advance. No real religion or church has anything even remotely like this. Only the Scientology crime syndicate, a cult which murders, rapes, tortures, tampers with judges, tampers with federal witnesses, lies, cheats, steals, brainwashes et al. has this kind of statement signed by its "members."

(EXHIBIT STAMP--PRINCE DEPO 1 8/19/98
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES

I, JESSE Prince, presently of Riverside, California, having been duly sworn, hereby state:

1. I have been a Parishioner of the Church of Scientology since 1976.

2. I have been a religious worker of the Church of Scientology since November 1976 and I also became a member of the religious order of the Church of Scientology, known as the Sea organization, in 1976. Since 1976, I have been a religious worker for a number of Scientology Churches, with the most recent being the Church of Scientology International ("CST") at the Golden Era Productions division. While a religious worker with CST and with other Church of Scientology organizations, such as the Religious Technology Center, I was at all times remunerated in accordance with Church policy, and I both agree and acknowledge that neither CSI nor any other Church organization or entity owes me any additional remuneration. While a member of the Sea organization, I have also freely participated in the program of study and physical labor known as the Rehabilitation Project Force ("RPF") in order to redeem myself as a productive, contributing staff member and as a dedicated member of that religious order. I left the Rehabilitation Project Force program on March 31, 1987, prior to my completion of the program. I voluntarily left on my own decision, and no attempt was made by any Church staff member to physically prevent my departure or to force me to return. I came to see, however, that my departure

(end page 1)

was not in my best interest and decided voluntarily that I should return, which I did. I completed this RPF program and personally experienced spiritual gains and benefits from such voluntary participation.

3. I am fully aware that Scientology is a religion. I have received Scientology spiritual counseling (called auditing, the religion's core practice) as well as confessional counseling and training in theology, policy and ethics of the Scientology religion both prior to becoming a staff member and while on staff. I have experienced spiritual gains and benefits and increased spiritual awareness from these activities and am fully satisfied with the results.

4. I have not been harmed in any manner or form by any experiences as a parishioner of any Church of Scientology or through my involvement with Scientology religious technology or Dianetics spiritual healing technology.

5. I have not been harmed in any manner or form by any experiences as a religious worker of any Church of Scientology. I have only received gains and benefits from my interactions with Church staff, Church parishioners and through my involvement with Scientology religious technology or Dianetics spiritual healing technology. I have not incurred nor suffered any physical disabilities or emotional distress or harm as a consequence of my participation in Church of Scientology religious services and programs, including training, counseling and my voluntary participation in the Rehabilitation Project Force Program.

6. I do not hold any Church of Scientology responsible in any manner or form for any past or present conditions or actions,

-2-

or future conditions or actions. I know that I am fully responsible for my conditions and actions.

7. Throughout my years as a staff member and parishioner I have worked closely and associated with numerous other Church of Scientology staff and parishioners. I have never observed any staff member or parishioner to have been required against their will to take any Church services or to undergo any Church regime or program, including auditing programs and/or the Rehabilitation Project Force Program. Further, I have never known or observed any staff member or parishioner to have been physically or emotionally harmed as a consequence of his or her involvement and participation in any Church of Scientology program.

8. I understand that in my duties as a religious worker, I have had access to information which includes proprietary information, and confidential information. I further understand that this information is to be held strictly confidential by me and not to be revealed, disclosed or given at any time to any person not a verified representative of the Church of Scientology International or of the Office of Special Affairs International.

9. I understand that this information is the property of the Church and any disclosure of any nature whatsoever is a breach of fiduciary duty and a breach of my agreements with the Church. I further acknowledge that I have a duty to maintain this confidentiality even though I may no longer be a religious worker of any Church of scientology. I agree not to maintain any type of documentation of privileged or confidential information I acquired as a religious worker of the Churches.

10. I further understand that in my duties as a religious

-3-

worker, I have had access to personal and confidential information about parishioners and other religious workers. I understand that this information is to be held strictly confidential by me and not to be revealed, disclosed or given at any time to a person not a verified representative of the Church of Scientology International or of the Office of Special Affairs International.

11. I understand that this information is the property of the private individuals involved and any disclosure of any nature whatsoever is a breach of fiduciary duty and a breach of my agreements as a religious worker of the Church. I further acknowledge that I have a duty to maintain this confidentiality even though I may no longer be a religious worker of any Church of scientology. I agree not to maintain any type of documentation of private or confidential information I acquired as a religious worker of the Churches.

12. I agree that in the event that I stop being a religious worker of the Church of scientology, any such confidential documentation later found in my possession, custody or under my control may be considered by law as stolen material, unless I have a written authorization to possess such materials signed and notarized from a verified representative of the Church of Scientology International or of the Office of Special Affairs International. This paragraph does not prevent me from maintaining files, literature and books available to the general public.

13. In exchange for the valuable consideration set forth herein, I agree never to create or publish or attempt to publish,

-4-

and/or assist another to create for publication by means of magazine, article, book or other similar form, any writing, or to broadcast, or to assist another to create, write, film or video tape or audio tape, any show, program or movie, concerning my experiences with the Church of Scientology, or personal or indirectly acquired knowledge or information concerning the Church of Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard or any of the organizations, entities or individuals listed herein.

I also agree that I will not cooperate in any manner with any organizations aligned against Scientology or against any of the organizations, individuals or entities listed herein.

15. Unless required to do so by such subpoena, I agree not to discuss my experiences or personal or indirectly acquired knowledge or information concerning the organizations, individuals or entities listed herein with anyone other than members by my immediate family. I shall not make myself amenable to service of any such subpoena in a manner which invalidates the

-5-

intent of this agreement. As provided hereinafter, the contents of this Agreement may not be disclosed.

16. In exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I further agree that in the event that I breach this promise of non-disclosure, I will pay Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to the Church of scientology International for each breach and I will pay Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to the individual whose privacy I breached. I agree that this sum has been chosen because actual damages would be impractical or extremely difficult to set. I understand that this amount is not a penalty, but an agreed sum for each breach of this Agreement. Said valuable consideration is to include, but not be limited to, (1) the continuation of a loan I received as a staff member on very favorable terms including no interest, even though will no longer be on Church staff and this type of loan is only available to staff members; and (2) the opportunity for me to continue as a parishioner of the Church at my desire.

17. Currently I am leaving as staff of the Sea organization and am doing so in alignment with Church policy. The decision to do so cane about by myself and I hold nothing against those I have worked with during my time spent either in the Sea Organization or as a staff member of any Church of scientology.

18. My decision to leave as Church staff has come after a long period of reflection during which time several Church staff have attempted to aid me in my situation and have sought to help me to work out the difficulties which I have recently experience I have participated in Church confessionals and received

-6-

additional aid in applying the religious technology concerning ethics on my own volition. This assistance has been provided to me for my benefit and at all times I have been freely able to choose to accept or reject such aid. I have found such aid helpful in sorting out several aspects of my life. Now, I have chosen not to accept any further offered assistance and have decided to cease being a religious worker for the Church.

19. In further exchange for such valuable consideration, I agree to and do hereby release the Church of Scientology International, Religious Technology Center, all other Churches and Missions of Scientology, affiliated organizations, Author Services, Inc., and Author's Family Trust as well as L. Ron Hubbard's heirs, executors, successors and assigns (and for each organization or entity, its directors, officers, trustees, agents, employees, staff, volunteers, successors, predecessors, licensees, licensors, beneficiaries, representatives, members, assigns and legal counsel; and for each individual, his or her heirs, agents, representatives, successors, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, trustees, assigns and legal counsel) (collectively referred to as "Releasees") from any liability, claim or cause of action, known or unknown, arising in any way whatsoever from my association to date with any of said releasees.
