Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copoyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.
Subject: Revenge?
monupics asked this question on 4/18/2000:
I posted a message to ARS encouraging critics to get involved on
AskMe.com -- before that the cult had this site to itself. Will
you now seek revenge against me? Will you send your lawyers and
private investigators to hunt me down? Why not -- isn't that what
you do to those who criticize your cult?
Greg Churilov gave this insane response on 4/19/2000:
I truly feel sad for you. You either have a lot of anger and
venom that you need to spew at the world, or somehow you have
been hugely misinformed about Scientology. Do you really believe
that the Church of Scientology would have received Religious
recognition from the United States Supreme Court, and tax exemption
from the IRS if all the lies in ARS were true?
Do you really believe Scientology would be nationally recognized by
Gover l over the World, and receive a letter of blessing from the
Pope's envoy, if all that slanderous garbage were true?
You do not need to follow my path. But do you really need to piss
on my path while traveling yours?
All you have done is cause great harm.
This used to be a message board where those who had concerns or
questions got honest genuine answers from actual Scientologists.
Now it is full of pernicious little minds who only seek to spread
lies and cause upset. I forgive you. I hope you can forgive yourself.
best, Spirit
monupics then asked this follow-up question on 4/20/2000:
It is I who feel sad for you. Do you really believe these lies
you've been told to spread. Do you *really* believe the POPE has
endorsed Scientology?? What planet are you living on? As for
governments, they have NOT recognized your beliefs -- merely your
right to have them. The U.S. Supreme Court held that Scientology
is NOT a religion, only to have its decision undermined by the IRS.
Is this what they're telling you?
I think you need to start asking your qestions, because they have
armed you with ignorance and sent you to battle us Wogs. The result
is that we know more about Scietology than you do, and you end up
looking the fool.
Doesn't that hurt? Why would Scientology betray your trust like
that.
As for my "Revenge?" question, did you know that Scientology sends
picketers to the *homes* of critics? Did you know they send private
investigators to ruin their lives?
Are these the actions of "the most ethical people on the planet?"
Or is the world reallyt as one-sided as you think?
Greg Churilov, ignoring the solid debunking he was just subjected to,
then gave this utterly insane lie on 4/20/2000:
The Pope does not "endorse" Scientology, simply recognizes it
as an organization of good will. I was personally present in Berlin
in October 1997, where the Pope's Envoy read a document to that
effect in front of 12,000 people.
The US Government not only recognizes Scientology, but supports it
in its quest for religious freedom in other Countries. Which is the
basis for America after all, freedom of Religion. You need not believ
my right to practice as I choose.
Also the United Statews government does not "support" the
crime syndicate's "quest for religious freedom" anywhere,
leave alone in other countries. What the Scientology crooks did was
try to use their brainwashed actors to try to get the United States
to put pressure on other countries to force them to stop raiding,
arresting, and imprisoning Scientology ringleaders for the crimes
they commit.
A good example is France where several cult ringleaders were found guilty
of numerous crimes based in part on tape recordings taken of the crooks
deliberately engaging in fraud to rook their victims (in fact the good
guys tapped the crook's telephone and on the first call the crooks were
totally and absolutely fucked from then on. Busted!)
The Scientology crooks in Los Angeles ordered their brainwashed actors
to pressure a few Senators into trying to force France to drop all the
charges on this "religion" when in fact it wasn't the cult
that was being arrested and imprisoned all around the world, it was (and
continues to be) the individual crooks following Hubbard's criminal
policies that were getting arrested and sent to prison.
Fortunately progress is being made and the Scientology crime syndicate is
getting booted out of countries and accurately labled a criminal
organization exactly equal to the Italian Mafia - flr]
The US Supreme Court has for years officially recognized Scientology
as a bonafide Reliogion with "the same rights as any other Church,
Catholic, Protestant, or other".
But at least this lie gives a good insight into what the cult's ringleaders
are trying to make their followers swallow, hook, line, and sinker - flr]
In regards to "battling Wogs", that is just silly. I am not out
to "battle" anyone. As Scientologists, all that is expected of us
is that we live ethical lives and use Scientology to better ourselves.
There is no "holy war".
Scientology is non-denominational.
In regards to your last paragraph; you openly attack a struggling
new Religion in a Country based on principles of Freedom of Faith,
and then you expect to debate ETHICS with me? Spirit

[The cult's ringleaders appear to be telling its followers that the
Catholic Pope is at heart a Scientologist or something equally insane.
One has to wonder what the cult's ringleaders are telling their followers
that would result in this unfortunate claim - flr]
[See, asking questions about Scientology "vcauses great harm" to
the revenues of the Scientology crime syndicate's ringleaders - flr]
[Translation: He and his fellow cult followers used to be able to state
any lie no matter how profoundly easy it was to prove a lie without any
fear of having the truth shoved up their noses. Now that some real
experts on Scientology have volunteered their time to assist answering
questions about Scientology, these cutlists fear the wrath of their cult
leaders every Thursday at 2:00 p.m. when "stats" -- in the
jargon of the cult " are tabulated for the week - flr]
[Funny how the rest of the world some how managed to miss hearing about
this miracle, isn't it? - flr]
[And that's a profound lie. The United States government does not and
will never dictate what is a religion and what isn't a religion. The
United States doesn't "recognize" Scientology since that's
not Constitutional. The government doesn't "recognize"
any religion.
[And that's nonsense. The USSC has not and never will dictate what is
a religion and what isn't a religion. Not only isn't that their job,
but doing so would viuolate the Constitution of the United States. The
USSC doesn't violate the Constitution, for Xenu's sake!
[And just please ignore every one of Hubbard's policies - flr]
[<laughing> We'll take anybody's money - flr]
[Once again the cultist wants to pretend that asking questions about
the cult is some how an "attack." Amazing - flr]
