Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to questions if they contained copoyrighted materials. After a very short while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg Churilov" cultist was ejected from askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.

Subject: Not ashamed to be a Scintologist, huh?

FredricRice asked this question on 4/21/2000:

You were asked whether Scientologists were ashamed to be Scientologists. You answered dishonestly, "Of course not!"

Why did the cult sneak into Clearwater, Florida, under the fake name "United Churches of Florida?" What did Hubbard come up with an HCOPL specifically describing "suitable guises" one should use whenever infiltraiting companies and businesses secretly? What do so many Scientologists claim they're _not_ Scientologists when they're sent out of offices all over the world to try to "handle" picketers and protesters?

It's about time you tried some honesty.

Greg Churilov insanely refused to address these questions on 4/22/2000:

Go away, Fredric. You're annoying people with petty lies. Spirit

FredricRice offered the followup:

Non-confront again. In 1975 the Scientology cult hatched a plan to take over Clearwater, Florida. (See http://www.flanet.com/~dallara/takeover.html for one article covering the plot.) This was on direct orders from Hubbard, discovered in papers that Federal agents seized from the cult in 1977.

Trying to pretend that the truth is "annoying" is probably justifiable since the Scientology cult's ringleaders [] them -- would love the truth to simply disappear.

Yet complaining that the truth of the matter is "petty lies" is absurd given the ease with which people can search the Internet and find not only the cult's own internal documents reproduced, but can find hundreds of newspaper articles covering these facts.

Hubbard said that the only way to control people is to lie to them. Who are you trying to control?

This web page (and The Skeptic Tank) is in no way connected with nor part of the Scientology crime syndicate. To review the crime syndicate's absurdly idiotic web pages, check out www.scientology.org or any one of the many secret front groups the cult attempts to hide behind.

Further facts about this criminal empire may be found at Operation Clambake and FACTNet.
