Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copoyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.
Subject: Scientology and Charity
Anonymous asked this question on 4/19/2000:
What is Scientology's view on charity to the poor and disabled?
Greg Churilov gave this lie on 4/21/2000:
Scientology seeks to make people more able. Its views on the poor
is to help them grow as human beings to better their lives through
their own effort and Scientology's assistance, instead if taking over
their lives and treating them as hopeless.
Scientology has great respect for human dignity and is very watchful
not to crush a person's self-esteem with "big-brother" tactics.
It instead seeks to counsel, to develop social the individual to stand
on his/her own feet.
Scientology is involved in MANY charitable programs, such as
drug-rehabilitation, literacy campaigns, retraining efforts, free
counseling and guidance as part of Scientology's vibrantly successful
Criminon program, etc.
Among the lengthy, insane ranting "rebuttle" to the factual and
quite damazing information that Time Magazine provided was the nonsense claim
that the cult had helped to educate one and a half million African children.
Well guess what; the crooks lied. The African government was contacted and
told about this claim. The response from the African government said, in
summation -- and I quote -- "I'm afraid that's just another one of
their fabrications." This Scientology cult, like Jim Bakker's criminal
organization, makes claims about helping people in far away third-world
countries in the hopes that no one has the resources to check up on their
claims.
With the advent of the Internet and instant communications, however, the
checking up on these insanely profound lies is extremely easy to do. It
is something that will eventually kill the criminal Scientology cult - flr]
Further facts
about this criminal empire may be found at
Operation Clambake and FACTNet.

[And that's a profound lie. Indeed, this poor cultist exhibits the fact
that Scientology makes otherwise rational, sane, human individuals into
insane cult followers who couldn't tell the truth to save their lives.
When they give themselves and their thinking facilities over to the criminal
cult, they give over their humanity and allow their mad messiah to do their
thinking for them - flr]
[And that's a lie. The cult's internal policies specifically cover the
subject of what the crooks call "downstat" -- which means anyone
who's not making money for the cult. The crooks don't do anything
unless they feel they can make money off of it.
[And in fact these organizations are all Scientology fronts specifically
designed -- as per Hubbard policy obtained in Federal raids in the 1970's
-- to get what the cult calls "raw meat into the shop." The
crooks are so pathetic in their lies about charity that when Time Magazine
covered their criminal, brainwashing, money-motivated operations, the
Scientology cult published an insanely stupid "rebuttle" that
was one long, protracted TR-L -- what the cult calls "Training Routine
Lies."
