Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.
Subject: Lisa's Last 53 Hours -- witholding evidence?
FredricRice asked this question on 4/28/2000:
lrfarny once again declined to answer questions on 4/28/2000, demanding:
"The matter is under litigation. I decline to answer in this forum. I am sure
you understand."
Is it a scientology policy to withhold evidence in the homicides they're
involved with?

Greetings, Lunn!
Can you tell me what happened during Lisa McPherson's last 53 hours of
life? The "baby watch" records that the Church of Scientology was
maintaining some how managed to lose the last 53 hours and I'm
wondering if you know what happened to them.
Thanks!
lrfarny gave this insane non-answer on 4/29/2000:
And Fred Rice has never set foot in a Scientology Church, so he would
have no way of knowing what he is talking about under any
circumstances. He is just another self-appointed "critic" from a.r.s. come
to spray his spew all over this board if he can.

That doesn't help answer the question. Currently prosecutors in
Clearwater, Florida are also looking for these records and I was
merely curious whether any of the experts here knew where they were.
It's possible that whoever was appointed that week to carry the "red box
data" destroyed the evidence. Can you tell me who was the I/C for red box
data on December 5'th, 1995?
Thanks.
