Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg Churilov" cultist was ejected from askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.

I'm new to Scientology and I am wondering if will auditing help relieve my vaginal dryness?

Greg Churilov gave this response on 5/2/2000:

It is a possibility, but keep in mind that all medical symptoms should be addressed first and foremost by a medical doctor.

Scientology is a religious philosophy, and would not focus on a psychosomatic illness. (see http://www.scientology.org)

That would fall under Dianetics.(see http://www.dianetics.org)

And yes, considering that even medical doctors admit widely that over 70% of all sypmtoms are psychosomatic, it is very likely that Dianetics could help.

[What the cultist "forgot" to mention is that their mad messiah programed his cult followers to believe that invisible murdered space aliens cling to people and need Scientology's "cure" to scrape them off (the "cure" called "auditing" in cultspeak.

This alien infestation is the cause for all of humanity's mental and physical woes according to L. Ron Hubbard. The Dianetics scam is what's known among law enforcement agencies as a bunko scam -- as well as a bait-and-switch. It is only after spending large amounts of money in this criminal cult does one find that the "engrams" that Hubbard talks about in his book "Dianetics" are actually the murdered space aliens that galactic ruler Xenu blew up with fusion bombs on Earth.

One wonders why none of these cult followers mention any of that - flr]
