Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg Churilov" cultist was ejected from askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.

In an early answer you said: "Scientology is currently under attack from several NeoNazi fronts in Germany." Can you name this frons? (it's just I never heard of such attacks from NeoNazi fronts against Scientology)

Greg Churilov gave this response on 4/30/2000:

Scientologists and other minority religions are being persecuted in Germany. This is an urgent human rights crisis, addressed recently by the United States State Department and by President Bill Clinton.

[And that's a lie that the Scientology crooks are programming their remaining followers with. In fact the German law enforcement agencies have all of the material evidence that the United States has which undeniably proves that the Scientology organization is a criminal business just like the Italian Mafia. The different is that in Germany there's a driving need not to allow a return to the fascism that ran through their country. In the United States, there hasn't been such a wake-up call that keeps its citizens awake to the dangers of criminal organizations like Scientology.

And this cultist knows the truth of the matter, of course. The fact is that criminal activities get these cult followers arrested and imprisoned across the world and the cult's ringleaders program their remaining followers to demand that sending the crooks to prison is some how a violation of their religious rights.

The mock "international president" of Scientology -- Mr. Heber Jentzsch -- is facing 30 years in prison in Madrid for, among other things, spying on the government and induceing people to committing suicide. Heber Jentzsch was arrested and handcuffed along with 68 other crooks that were running the operation in Spain.

These cultists are programmed to pretend that these criminal arrests and prison sentences are a violation of their religious rights. But then these cultists are either insane or they're profound liars -- or both, like their mad messiah L. Ron Hubbard was - flr]

My wife and I personally visited Germany in 1997 and marched the streets along with 12,000 members of various denominations for Religious Freedom in Germany. A vigil was held in the middle of downtown Berlin.

Some of the human rights abuses:

Children of Scientologists not allowed in school because of their parents' religion Death threats Broken windows Discrimination in the workplace etc.

Of an expert I expect a more impartial answer. Links of (pro-) Scientology sides aren't impartial.
