Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.
Subject: Refunds
FredricRice asked this question on 5/1/2000:
FredricRice asked: How can people who have been swindled and defrauded
by Scientology get their money back? Thanks.
Greg Churilov declined to answer on 4/29/2000:
No reason was provided for declining this question.
Does anybody know whethere there is a class action lawsuit against the
Scientology organization that victims of Scientology can join?
Thanks.
Greg Churilov gave this response on 5/2/2000:
All you need to do to get ALL your money refunded is
a) walk into the Scientology Center where you received services
and b) Ask for a refund.
But of course you already knew that.

TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC:
THIS QUESTION IS PART OF A SERIES OF QUESTIONS AIMED AT
DISCREDITING MY RELIGION. IT INTENDS TO PROMOTE THE FALSE
IMPRESSION THAT SCIENTOLOGY IS A SOME SORT OF COOKY UFO CULT. I
REFUSE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OF THIS NATURE. THE WRITER OF THIS
SMEAR CAMPAIGN OUGHT TO BE ASHAMED.
...cut insane lunatic pre-programmed cult ranting...
FredricRice rated this answer a 1.
Thanks for the answer however another expert provided the truth
about the policy. I would have to sign away my rights and make
false statements before getting my money back.
I was given the URL of two people who tried to get their money back after
one of them was kidney damaged due to the Purif Rundown. In order to get
one's money back, one has to sue.

This web page (and The Skeptic Tank) is in no way connected with

absurdly idiotic web pages, check out www.scientology.org or any one of the
many secret front groups the cult attempts to hide behind.
