Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.
Subject: The second dynamic
Anonymous asked this question on 5/4/2000:
In Hubbard's book, "The Second Dynamic," I read:
"--- society begins its sharpest decline at the instant when women
begin to take part, on an equal footing with men, in political and business
affairs; since this means that the men are decadent and the women are no
longer women."
Does that mean that Scientology wants to remove women from the work
place and from politics?
honorarykid gave this response on 5/4/2000:
Oddly, although Hubbard showed clear signs of a terrible level of
misogyny, the CoS still attracts and recruits women quite successfully.
There are women in high-level positions with in the CoS, although at the
very top, most, if not all positions are still filled by men. I think the CoS
could not function normally without its women, and I think they probably
know that.
Now maybe this would change if they could successfully squash all the
suppressives and PTS people, but as of now, the answer is no,
Scientology appears to be an equal-opportunity high-control group.
