Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.
Subject: The second dynamic
Anonymous asked this question on 5/4/2000:
In Hubbard's book, "The Second Dynamic," I read:
"--- society begins its sharpest decline at the instant when women
begin to take part, on an equal footing with men, in political and business
affairs; since this means that the men are decadent and the women are
no longer women."
Does that mean that Scientology wants to remove women from the work
place and from politics?
Greg Churilov gave this response on 5/6/2000:
No, it means that women should be given enough time to raise their
kids. And men should not expect their wives to work during pregnacies
and immediately after.
It means kids should be raised by mothers, not TV.

Actually, Mr. Hubbard was a man of his times, it looks like. He was merely
stating what the mindset was at the time. There's no need to try to lie
him out of this embarrasing statement. At the time this attitude was
common among men.
