Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.
FredricRice asked this question on 5/9/2000:
Item number 22 of the Auditor's Code reads "I promise never to use the
secrets of a preclear divulged in session for punishment or personal
gain."
In light of the audio tape recordings of scientologists doing just that, and
the many court transcripts available on the Internet that cover the
violation of this item, does anyone know whether this item has been
repealed? And if not, would the violation of this item usually result in a
Condition of Ethics? And if so, do you happen to know which Condition?
There's no date on the court document that I've read this Item from, by
the way.
lrfarny gave this response on 5/9/2000:
Fred,
You have no such tape recordings, only your usual lies.
You believe in nothing and seek to destroy good people who do.
You have failed utterly.
Scientology is winning, growing and you can't stop it.
Heck, you barely get noticed.

If you don't know the answers to questions, might I suggest you merely
not answer them instead of trying to make some kind of disrespectful
speech?
I know you're not allowed to visit the
http://www.xenutv.com/
web site,
and I know that people inside of Scientology are told that their PC folder
contents are held strictly confidential, so it's a given you would be
expected to not know about any of the court documents, audio, and video
recordings of the blackmail and extortion uses of PC folder data. I don't
blame you for that one bit and I understand fully where you're coming
from. No hard feelings for your unfortunate, disrespectful recponse.
Still, some other expert will be able to tell me whether Item 22 has been
removed from the Auditor's Code or not. The version that's posted in
numerous court documents available on the web have Item 22 and 27 in
them so I'm inclined to believe they're still valid and that the application
is being "squirreled."
