Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.
FredricRice asked this question on 5/9/2000:
I also find in the Auditor's code item number 27 which reads, "I promise
to refuse any being to be physically injured, violently damaged, operated
on or killed in the name of 'mental treatment.'"
In light of the Lisa McPherson homicide, does anyone know if _this_ one
has been repealed as well? And if not, what the Condition of Ethics would
be?
lrfarny gave this response on 5/9/2000:
Dear Fred,
Lisa McPherson's death was an accident.
Your lie that it was a homicide is totally irresponsible and false.
But it has your characteristic disregard for the truth I have come to
expect.

You may wish to "word clear" the word "homicide." It's possible that
Scientology has removed that embarrassing word from their dictionaries --
for obvious reasons, or redefined it to apply only to "wogs."
Still, her death was no accident. One doesn't tie people to beds and
starve them to death because they want to leave and call that an
accident. They klled her because they weren't allowed to think for
themselves. They had to follow their mad messiah's policies and allow
him to do their thinking for them. That's what killed poor Lisa.
But I still want to know whether Item 27 has been removed from the
current Auditor's Code. If you don't know, just don't answer, please.
Spouting an obvious lie to strangers asking serious questions is rather
disrespectful. Some other expert will know whether Item 27 has been
removed or not.
Thanks.
