Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg Churilov" cultist was ejected from askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.

FredricRice asked this question on 5/9/2000:

So far I've only read fragments from OT1 through OT8. Supposedly OT9, 10, and 11 are supposed to be released soon.

Does anybody know if they have been or whether fragments have been released into the public domain?

I see that:

OT8 - Truth Revealed
OT9 - Character
OT10 - Operating
OT11 - Future

are scheduled.

We already know some fragments of OT8, of course. The truth is that Hubbard claimed Jesus Christ was a lover of young boys in that document. But what about the other three?

Bunnyann gave this response on 5/9/2000:

I have always heard that OT9 and up would be released as all the org became St. Hill size. Perhaps this has changed. If so, I guess those mounting legal costs and private investigators, not to mention the cost of the Canadian operations, has become prohibitive.

Hubbard dreamed of worlds that never existed, and never will. His dreams were the product of excess alcohol and drugs. In fact, they were nightmares. Who knows what was thought up in that warped mind.

I hadn't heard that! If they're waiting for every org -- Advanced org, I would guess? -- to become St. Hill size, it'll never be released.

Hell, now I'll see if I can find any reference to the need for every org to be St. Hill size and maybe that'll give me some idea on whether it's been released yet or not.

I'm thinking that if any of these levels were available now, ex-cultists would have covered their contents or made fragments available already. But that's too great an assumption.
