Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.
FredricRice asked this question on 5/10/2000:
Since L. Ron Hubbard demands that all of the people who he labels "1.1"
are to be "disposed of quietly and without sorrow," I got to wondering
which internal department would be the one responsible for the
extermination effort. Would that be Department 20? The Guardian Office
/ Office of Special Affairs?
I know that this fascist group would never be able to accomplish the
political groundwork needed to "clear the planet," as they call it, but
Hubbard must have had _some_ internal department in mind when he
penned this "run down."
Anyone know for certain if it's GO/OSA?
Bunnyann gave this response on 5/10/2000:
I am unable to say for certain that OSA would be in charge. However,
it is highly unlikely it would be any other office. Nowhere else is there
such loyalty, including the Sea Org. OSA handles the media,
demonstrations, and other political situations.
A British critic had the OSA manual published on his website for a
while. Reading the manual was like reading a blueprint for
domination. It was fascinating reading, and I was enthralled. The
manual was obviously authentic as the cult pressed for its removal. It
was so gracious of them to let the world know these are their
legitimate battle plans for handling wogs and sp's.
Hubbard made no secret of his dislike for government, the police,
education, and psychs. He often encouraged his followers to get a job
as a secretary, clerk or similar level of responsibility. This certainly
proved helpful in Operation Snow White, where the GO infiltrated key
government agencies.
I shudder to think what a Hubbard type final solution would be. We
can be certain of one thing, anyone who questioned "source" would be
eliminated, or assigned to some form of backbreaking labor similar to
the RPF, though likely even worse if they controlled things.

Thanks. I couldn't be sure, either, so I thought I'd ask. I think your
summation is the most likely.
