Notice: Fredric Rice may have removed segments of the replies given to
questions if they contained copyrighted materials. After a very short
while, Scientology "experts" refused to answer questions and
started cut-and-pasting copyrighted cult propaganda. Additionally I
removed URLs in some of the replies, and left them in others. And it's
also important to note that eventually the unfortunate "Greg
Churilov" cultist was ejected from
askme.com for his typical Scientological behavior.

Wow! The evidence I have been reading about against the 'church of scientology'
is mind-boggling. The problem I have come across in the past is that with such
quantity of evidence against an organization, is that it turns out to be
manufactured or planted evidence periodically, especially if the organization is of
a 'radical' nature. My question is: Is there some area of the criminal
justice system which holds conclusive evidence? Or, is there somewhere
else to search for this type evidence? What I am looking for is somewhere to find
evidence in a manner which is conclusive that it is not manufactured or planted.
Thank you.
Desertphile gave this response on 5/29/2000:
Er, the evidence of crimes that have been committed by Scientology Inc in the
past, and the crimes it is STILL COMMITTING, are vast and conclusive.
What would you think about a "church" who deliberately provokes a
confrontation with a peaceful protestor just so they could use the event to
silence the protester and send him to jail? See the latest articles (the links at
the bottom of the page) at
http://holysmoke.org/minton/minton.htm
What would you think about a "church" who hired two off-duty police officers
to arrest someone for "tresspassing" who had not even showed up at the
location first?! And that the "tresspassing" occured on a public sidewalk? See
http://holysmoke.org/mb/mb.htm
How about a "church" that tortured a woman to death just because she
wanted to leave the "church?" See
http://holysmoke.org/lm/lm.htm
http://www.lisatrust.net/
How about a "church" that planted drugs in a person's car and then called the
police just because that person wanted to start up an ANTI-DRUG program?
http://holysmoke.org/mm/mm.htm
Or a "church" that put LSD in a pregnant woman's tooth paste?

Ever hear of a "church" that has forced labor internment camps?

Then there was the vast, international crimes of treason, conspiracy, burglry,
breaking and entering, and theft that Hubbard ordered his Guardian's Office
to commit. See:

(Note: Holysmoke.org it's not my web site, but I love it. Just LOVE it. It has
damn near every thing a person could wish for to learn about Scientology.)
These are not and were not crimes committed by "rouge Scientologist." These
were and are being committed BY POLICY and ordered by Scientology
management.
The subject is far too vast to cover even briefly here.
Criminal acts are as much a part of Scientology as breathing is part of living.
Desertphile gave this follow-up answer on 5/29/2000:
Hi. I just read "larrybergen's" answer to you.
Please note that the acts of treason against the United States, Germany, and
Greece were committed and / or aided by Scientology Field Staff Members.
This is demonstrated conclusively in the Grand Jury Indictment regarding
"Operation 'Snow White'" and in the recent Greek trial.
Larry is a FSM. Draw your own conclusions.
The Greek trial is very interesting. Scientology Inc. ordered the theft of Greek
military secrets. Specifically, the location of surface-to-air and
surface-to-surface missles on Greek army bases. With this knowledge, an
enemy can precisely target those missles while they are still on the ground,
and not have to worry about high definition photographs from orbit.
Those plans also included the location of base housing, and included the
housing's incident angle of concrete roofing. The incident angle is used to
deflect incoming mortar and missle barages. When the enemy knows the
precise angle and direction of the roofing, they may calculate the best
trajectory for maximum penetration.
Needless to say, the documents Scientology Inc stole could be worth a great
deal of money to the enemies of Greece.
Lovely "church," eh?
Anonymous asked this follow-up question on 5/30/2000:
I had already been to all the sites mentioned, and to several others as well
covering both 'sides' of the fence before I had posted the question. Also, now, I
have followed through on some other avenues I have available to me as a long
time investigator. At this time, I am awaiting reports
from Clearwater from an old acquaintance of mine who lives reasonably near there
and owes me a favor or two. To be very honest with you, some of
the background found on Mr. Minton and several others involved around him,
does not in any way feed a sense of respectability. In fact, there are
some outstanding warrants on some involved. This in itself is not conclusive,
merely an indicator. I am still looking for substantial
evidence with regard to many of the activities alleged of the 'church'. There are a
never ending supply of allegations, but the more deeply I look at evidence
provided, the more full of holes it becomes. --this evidence is based on this
allegation, and this allegation is based on this evidence which was brought forth by
this entity, this entity came across this evidence by?????????????....and this
is where I am collectively finding the breakdown of evidence.
I would still like to hear from someone here what the actual convicted crimes of
the notorious '11' were.
Thank you very much for your response. I was not however, looking for more
allegations. I had already searched the areas you mentioned, as well as others.
Thank you
