Tory escaping from the Scientology cult

I'm asking everyone and hopefully at least a few opinions will
come back. I'll want to web people's answers, by the way.
I'm curious: Tory has stated that she has -- after some 30
years of being trapped in the Scientology cult -- has
escaped. I'm curious about whether people believe her or
think that's a GO/OSA "op" out to destroy the Lisa McPherson
Trust in the same way that the crooks destroyed the Cult
Awareness Network.
Thanks!

I do get the idea that tory had been upset with the church
for a while now. there is no evidence other than endless
speculation that she is an OSA operative.
I did come to the realization, however, that OSA could not
have very many people to gather potential operatives from.
They can't just "hire" someone as such a hired gun might
not be truly dedicated to the cause, and it takes much
time to be trained and experienced enough in the church
to sound credible.
Really, how many people in this world do you think are so
dedicated to OSA, and so trusted by OSA to be operatives
in the first place?
There can only be a handful to begin with.
I do realize that Scientology can put great pressure on
people to do things. They can always question a persons
elegibility, for example, such as an Illegal PC, or OT
eligibility and put somone in such a position as they might
do just about ANYTHING to be able to get them to approve
a petition for their next level.
Scientology is really messing around with the OT's anyhow
now by holding back the upper OT levels. The idea is that
OT 8's were some sort of ambassadors and OT 9 would not
be released until the orgs reached St. Hill Size.
With such pressure over their heads, people might do just
about anything.
In tory's case however, she seems like a genuine credible
individual and I wish her well.
Even if she was an operative I cannot see how it can
benefit scientology.
Being paranoid about everyone is for the scientology
organization. It only creates the situation they are now in
where everyone gets sec-checked and everyone is
suspect.
I personally do not want to live in that sort of world.

Thanks. That does seem to be the concensus. There _is_
that question about the harm that a GO/OSA goon could to
yet I'd have to also think that it would be minimal.
It's not like Tory would qualify to attend the ARSCC(wdne)
meetings, after all.
Thanks! I'd like to web your answer.
