Policy superceeding C/S series 73RA and RB

Hi, ImRed!

Can you review C/S series 73RA and RB and let me know which policy superceeds this one, please?

Thank you!

I am sorry to be so long answering this, but I do not have the Tech volumes, and had to wait to go over this HCOB till I could get to the Qualifications Library at my Church. There IS no policy to my knowledge that supercedes C/S73B, dealing with the Non-interference Area. The Bulletin says what it says, and policy, which deals with the administrative side of organization, cannot override the tech side. I don't know what you wanted to hear, but the Non-interference Zones are the Non-Interference Zones, and only the specified procedures can be used when one is at those levels. (If a Freezoner is trying to say otherwise, be wary. It's your case, and your life.)
