In 1987, the Miscavige run "International Scientology
Religious Trust" transferred a shit-load of money to
COSRECI in the UK. And it never appeared on their
company accounts. They transferred close on $100,000,000
which I am sure you would agree is a fairly large amount.
It arrived, was never reported to the Inland Revenue here
(read "IRS") and just disappeared. The people at the UK
end entered it into the Companies House records as is
only proper but never declared it on the acvounts because
they knew that such a transfer would immediately result
in an Inland Revenue investigation.
They read:
£1,550,000 loaned by Church of Scientology of California
against the Finnart House property (also known as Walsh Moanr)
created 30/12/1981 and satisfied (debt written off) 03/01/1996.
£320,000 loaned by the CSC (as above) against 68 Tottenham Court
Road created 30/12/1981 and satisfied (written off) on 03/01/1996.
£165,000 loaned by the CSC against a freehold property at WSX
7387 that was satisfied (written off) on 03/01/1996
US$54,645,000 loaned by the "International Scientology Religious
Trust" against 68 Tottenham Court Road that was satisfied
(written off) 03/01/1996. (This property face value is about
one million dollars).
US$4,645,000 loaned by ISRT (see above) for "Stonelands", West
Hoathly. This charge was satisfied on 03/01/1996
US$4,645,000 loaned by ISRT for St Hill Manor. This charge was
satisfied (written off) 03/01/1996.
US$4,645,000 loaned by IRST for 41 Ebrington Street, Plymouth.
this charge was satisfied (written off) 03/01/1996
US$4,645,000 loaned by IRST for land lying to the east of
Ardingley Road. This charge was satisfied (debt written off)
on 03/01/1996
US$4,645,000 loaned by ISRT for land to the west of Hoathly
Road. This charge was satisfied on 03/01/1996
US$4,645,000 loaned by ISRT against 258-260 Deansgate,
Manchester. This charge was satisfied (written off) 03/01/1996
US$4,645,000 loaaned by the ISRT against "The Stables" at West
Heathley Road. This charge was satisfied (written off) 03/01/1996
US$4,645,000 loaned by the ISRT against 98 Tottenham Court
Road. This charge was satisfied (written off) 03/01/1996
NONE OF THIS APPEARED IN THEIR COMPANY ACCOUNTS AS LODGED AT
COMPANIES HOUSE. THE INLAND REVENUE IN THE UK KNOW NOTHING
ABOUT THIS.
