French Scientology trial ends
The trial has ended in the French city of Marseille of seven members
of the Church of Scientology accused of fraud.
The prosecution has asked for one of the defendants -- a former
Scientology leader Xavier Delamare -- to be jailed and for five of the
other six to be given suspended sentences.
The court is due to give its verdict in November.
